    Want to use olive oil instead of butter esp now my husband has just had gall stone op and now wants to keep the weight off. He bakes bread(he’s Half Sicilian) with olive oil which is amazin. So now with all these cooking apples on our tree want to make crumbles and tarts only with olive oil.
