Grilled Thai Red Curry Beef and Noodles Stir Fry | www.fussfreecooking.com

I was in the mood for some grilling action although the grilling season is officially over. Oh, hello Autumn!

[Review - Product] Speedy Malaysian Chicken Curry (ft. A1 Meat Instant Curry Sauce)

Speedy Chicken Curry (ft. A1 Instant Curry Sauce - Meat) | www.fussfreecooking.com I am thrilled that Malaysian cuisine is gaining momentum in the Australian food scene in the past years. Whenever I’m in Sydney nowadays, I have found myself trying different Malaysian restaurants.  This has somewhat helped with my homesickness towards my birthplace.

If you enjoy food, learning how to make the food you love is a beneficial skill. It was what motivated me to learn how to cook  after moving away from my family for the first time. I have shared a couple of my favourite Malaysian dishes in the past (here, here and here) and they required some level of make-from-scratch effort.

If you are a fan of Malaysian coconut chicken curry, I think you might like this.
