Hi friends, I hope you all are doing great! I’ve just uploaded my second What I Ate video on my Youtube channel.

Yes, you see it right! I had porridge for breakfast in SUMMER. I realise that porridge is more of a winter breakfast but hey, who says you can’t have porridge in summer? 😉

I ran out of fresh fruits on that morning and I thought why not make a sticky date pudding style porridge with medjool dates, maple syrup and cinnamon. Dessert for breakfast, oh why not? Let’s just say I didn’t miss fresh fruits on that morning ha!

What I ate (blog)Every now and then, I have this huge craving for steak. This means it’s time to whip out my prized Lodge cast-iron skillet which I mostly used for making steaks. Since I  don’t have an outdoor BBQ set, cast iron skillet, in my personal opinion, is the best way to cook steak indoor as it will deliver the smokiness and beautiful caramelisation that rivals an outdoor cookout.
