Easy Walnut & Zucchini Loaf

Confession: I did go around telling people that I hate zucchini.

And why would I say that?

Firstly, I have always thought of zucchini as a cucumber wannabe. It somewhat resembles a cucumber but unfortunately, it is not as cool as one.  Thanks to bland, soggy and overcooked zucchini in some stir frys I had from dodgy Asian takeaways, I was “scarred” and  wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole.

Spicy, Sweet & Savory Brussels Sprouts

Hello everyone! It’s been a while since my last post and I’m glad to say after spending a couple of days of unpacking, my kitchen is finally ready for operation. Also, after spending a couple of days using internet on a stick (wait, I mean USB stick ;P) I’m more than ready to bid goodbye to my temporary fix of internet and welcome back my ADSL. During these times, I can’t help wondering how on earth did I get by with dial-up speed while I was in high-school??

Strawberry Crumble

To be honest, crumble is a dessert I can do without. The only time I even thought of making crumble is when I have packets of frozen berries that were meant for smoothies that never happened.

Thanks to all these blogs for featuring my posts :)

I’m grateful that some of you took the time to link my posts on your blogs. I like to take this opportunity to thank you all. You guys are the best! (I better stop ranting before it starts to sound like an Oscar acceptance speech, hehe!)

Please take the time to check out these lovely people. :)
