Donna Hay’s Polenta-Crusted Potatoes

A feast won’t be complete without roast potatoes. Don’t we all feel the necessity to pair the crispy nuggets of carbohydrate with roast meat? In my opinion, this combination is a perfect marriage, no less than Posh and Beck’s. :P

 

Chicken & Vegetables Noodles

It’s that time in the week that I need to do stock take before grocery shopping. Usually, I’m left with bits of vegetables that is not enough to make a dish on its own but when put together, they’ll be enough to make a meal to feed the entire family (ok, sometimes!).  As much as I love eating fried rice and has been my constant to-go dish for the purpose of cleaning out my fridge, I need to step out of my comfort zone and try something else such as noodles.
