Panko Crusted Grilled Cheese & Tomato Sandwich

Yes, despite my love for cooking, I haven’t done much of it of late.  Not only lacking in the cooking department, it’s pretty obvious that I’m also lacking in blog posts. Of course, this is not intentional as  I’ve been buried alive with seemingly infinitive workload and stress (FYI- my stress threshold is pretty low). I do apologise for the lack of responses and visiting my peers’ blogs. It’s something I’m eager to catch up, hopefully very soon. :)

Asian Chicken, Corn & Noodle Soup

There’s something about rainy days that makes you crave for soup. Although it is no longer winter, spring in Orange somehow attracts lots of rain and the residual chilly temparature from winter still lingers. I couldn’t help but to say BRRRRRRRRRR at the thought of the weather I’ve been enduring of late.

Despite my minor whinge, the plus side of a (tolerable) chilly weather is I can still layer my outfits. Thankfully long sleeves & thick cardigans are still weather appropriate otherwise how on earth am I going to hide my baby lovehandles and flamingo arms developed over the course of winter?

Bill Granger’s Banana Butterscotch Pudding

Overripe bananas can only mean one thing – DESSERT.

Maybe it’s psychological, but am I the only person here who thinks overripe bananas make better dessert than the ones that are just ripe?  Not only the ease of mashing the overripe ones, I think they are also a lot sweeter – definitely a welcoming factor to a dessert. :P

Mac ‘n’ Cheese Pancakes 2.0

If you’re loyal to the traditional mac ‘n’ cheese recipes and the idea of mac ‘n’ cheese and pancakes together makes you frown rather than smile, this post may not be for you.

But before I go further, you probably remember I had my blog-crash early this year and consequently  unable to retrieve some of the posts? My mac ‘n’ cheese pancakes post  is one of the lost posts so I hope you wouldn’t mind me blogging about this recipe again.

Plus, I need an excuse to make the cheese crusted pancakes and you know what, my blog-crash could be it :P
